(a) Product(s) can be exchanged from www.makeupcityshop.com or any of our
stores within 14 days
from the date of purchase.
(b) Cosmetics, Skin care, Hair care, Fragrances, Lingerie, undergarments, swimwear jewelry, accessories and essentials cannot be exchanged or returned.
(c) The prices are Inclusive of all applicable taxes.
(d) The product must be unused with the price label attached along with
the purchase
invoice.
(e) The original receipt/invoice is required for exchange within 14
days of purchase for unused
goods in original packaging.
(f) Please note that items purchased on sale will not be Returned or
Exchange.
(g) Items can only be exchanged for goods of equal value and not
